Senior pastor of House on the Rock Church Paul Adefarasin and his wife Ifeanyi on Saturday celebrated their love on the 28th anniversary of their union.
Adefarasin wrote on Instagram, “Dear Ifeanyi, today marks a special milestone in our journey together – we have been building, scaling and nurturing for over 28 years!
“As we reflect on our experiences this far, we are grateful for the challenges we have overcome and the growth we have enjoyed in our family and in His ministry. Our union has been a powerful force, not only blessing us but also enriching the lives of those around us. We have been sustained by the Lord’s blessings, His grace, and His love throughout our journey; we have touched the lives of many with faith and His love.
“You are the heart and anchor of our home, embodying the essence of a nurturing mother, a wise confidante, and an unshakeable pillar of support. On this meaningful day, our lovely children and I celebrate you and all that you mean to us and all that you also mean to many whose lives we have impacted by the ministry.
“Here’s to a future overflowing with joy and eternal blessings from the Lord.”
Ifeanyi began her own love note with a pet name for her husband, “My ‘Adeboy.’”
She continued, “It’s been over 28 years of doing life with you. I’m thankful for the gift that you are to our children and me.
“I’m thankful for the many lives that our union has touched, impacted and enriched. I’m thankful for what the future has yet to unfold. Forever and always.”
