Tolu Odukoya-Ijogun and Jimmy Odukoya, children of the late Pastor Taiwo Odukoya and his late first wife Bimbo Odukoya, have maintained silence on the death of their father.
Odukoya died on August 7 in the United States. He was aged 67.
His death has left many in the Christian circle heartbroken.
While messages of support have been pouring in from the government and private individuals including preachers, Odukoya’s children had yet to speak on their father’s death either on social media or to the press.
Odukoya-Ijogun’s last Instagram post about her father was on June 15 when he clocked 67.
She shared photos of the memorable time she had with the cleric and wrote, “My Father, My Friend ,My Mentor and My Pastor, it is always with great pleasure to celebrate another birthday. Sometimes I feel like the word thank you doesn’t fully express my true gratitude.
“I am thankful for every tear and every laughter because in them are always lessons learnt. Thank you for teaching me to love Jesus truly . Thank you for being an example, my example. I love you Daddy. This is to many more years of impact @pastortaiwo.”
