Actress Patience Ozokwo has talked about how her junior colleague Chacha Eke went through tough times and came out triumphant.
The 65-year-old spoke about Chacha’s struggles in an Instagram post on Friday while celebrating her and another actress Andy Ike on International Women’s Day.
Patience stated that Chacha has been through a lot and although things might not be perfect, she is trying her best.
She wrote: “My dear @chachaekefaani I have seen you go through tough times and come out triumphant. I know that all things might not be perfect, but I am so happy you are trying your best. I am proud of you.
“My dear Adamazi @realandyike You are simply an amazon. I recognise and celebrate the strength and achievements of all women worldwide. Happy International Women’s Day.”
Reacting in the comment section of the post, a grateful Chacha Eke wrote: “My Mommy😍 Thank you so much for your constant love for me and my household. We love you so much. Stay blessed Ma.”
In October 2020 Chacha announced that her marriage to Austin Fanni has ended, claiming he assaulted her.
She, however, retracted her statement, stating that the drama that surrounded her marriage at the time was due to the bipolar disorder she was suffering from.
The mother of four later released a video stating that she was still with her husband and that she would not leave her marriage.
Chacha Eke made the same announcement in June 2022.
