Fans of Big Brother Naija season six housemate Pere have been spotted in Lagos leading a peaceful protest against the organisers of the show.
Pere’s fans on Monday demanded justice for the housemate after it was revealed that Pere (who got higher votes) would compete in a new game with fellow housemate Angel to determine who makes it to the finals.
“Justice for Pere, our votes must count, we are here protesting, you can’t keep doing this to Pere,” some of them said.
Nollywood actor Frederick Leonard also called out the organisers of the show after the voting percentage showed that Pere got higher votes than Angel.
“Dear organizers of BBN listen, people went out of their way to put in work and vote because you made them believe that their votes count.
“Better do the right thing let the winner on votes go back into the house as a finalist, so you don’t discredit a show that has the backing and viewership support of millions across the continent of Africa.
“This white room twist is clearly baseless and unnecessary. Even If Pere wins the puzzle, it will be unfair to him to go through the heart-palpitating route with another housemate who already lost on vote,” he wrote.
