Presidential candidate of the Labour Party Peter Obi on Wednesday celebrated his party’s governorship candidate in Lagos Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour on his 40th birthday.
Obi prayed for Rhodes-Vivour’s victory at the governorship poll on Saturday.
He said via Twitter, “Dear @GRVlagos, on behalf of my family, and the whole Obidient family, I wish you a Happy 40th Birthday. I wish you exceeding success in every area of your life. May your victory in the forthcoming gubernatorial polls, usher in a new and better Lagos State which you have always desired. God Bless!”
Rhodes-Vivour’s popularity increased when Obi defeated the APC’s candidate and now President-elect Bola Tinubu in Lagos.
Obi’s victory in Lagos once believed to be under Tinubu’s grip invigorated the LP to fight for the governorship seat.
