Hundreds of supporters of the Labour Party’s presidential candidate, Peter Obi, staged a peaceful rally in Abuja on Saturday.
They marched from the Unity Fountain to the Moshood Abiola National Stadium.
The supporters are making a statement that Obi and his running mate, Yusuf Baba-Ahmed, have “political structures” beyond social media.
There have been pro-Obi rallies in several states since he became the presidential candidate of the Labour Party.
Obi and Baba-Ahmed recently visited Kano where they met with the Emir of Kano Aminu Ado Bayero.
