Peter Okoye, one half of the defunct P-Square, has paid tribute to former manager of the group Adebayo Odusami who died on Friday night.
Popularly known as Howie T, Mr Odusami died after a long battle with stroke.
According to Peter, his history will not be complete without a mention of their former manager.
“There are certain people in life that your story or journey is incomplete without, Howie T is one of such people,” the 38-year-old twin wrote in an Instagram post on Saturday.
Thanking Howie T “for your tremendous contribution to my career and the Nigerian entertainment industry,” Peter prayed for the deceased’s wife Motunrayo and their kids.
Howie T’s Adrot Entertainment Inc managed P-Square after Peter and Paul Okoye relocated to Lagos.
Under his guidance, the duo won Grab Da Mic sponsored by Benson & Hedges’ Gold & Tones in 2001 and released their debut album titled Last Nite.
The album was executive produced by Timbuk 2 Music, with legendary Laolu Akins as supervising producer.
Peter’s twin brother Paul and their older brother Jude, who later became their manager, were yet to make any public comments about Howie T’s death as at the time of filing this report.
