Lola Omotayo, wife of singer Peter Okoye of the music group P-Square, has revealed her real age as she marks her 50th birthday.
The mother of two who according to Wikipedia is 48, posted photos of herself on Instagram on Friday, dazzling in a red dress to celebrate attaining a milestone age
In one of the photos, Lola rocked a red hat and blonde hair with a diamond necklace to match.
In another photo, She rocked a black-coloured hair with a red crown on her head.
Captioning the photos, she simply wrote: “50 and fabulous.”
Lola’s sister-in-law Anita Okoye celebrated her in the comment section of the post while gushing over the former’s looks.
She wrote: “The Queen. Happy birthday. 50 where? May God continue to bless you and protect you. Love you loads sis.”
Singer Lami Philips also teased Lola about her age in the comment section of the post.
She wrote: “Telling lies please! Abeg if this is what 50 looks like let us all hurry! Happy Birthday! You’ve always shown warmth and peace and I pray God wraps His loving arms around you eternally.”
Others who celebrated her include, Adunni Ade, Mercy Aigbe, Toke Makinwa, Bisola Aiyeola, Agbani Darego, Uti Nwachukwu, Kiki Omeli and Chris Okagbue.
Lola and Anita maintained a good relationship in spite of the misunderstanding between their husbands at the time.
She celebrated Thanksgiving with Anita Okoye and her children in Atlanta, Georgia in the United States of America last year after P-Square reconciled.
In a message to P-Square on their 40th birthday in November last year, Lola stated that she was happy her husband and his brother finally put their differences aside and settled their rift.
“To my favorite twins, today is such an emotional day for me. I am so so happy that you have finally put your differences aside and allowed love to guide you.
“Happy Birthday Peter and Paul, you be ONE no be Two! More blessings, more love! Family for life. We bring it back again!!!!!! Good health, long life and prosperity are your portions. Amen,” she wrote.
Her brother-in-law Paul Okoye also joined her and Peter Okoye to visit Lola’s father’s grave on the first anniversary of the latter’s death after failing to attend the burial in 2020.
Lola and Peter got married in 2013. They have two children, Cameron and Aliona.
