Senior pastor of Lagos-based Covenant Christian Centre Pastor Poju Oyemade on Monday shared a photo on social media with the new president of the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN) Bishop Wale Oke.
The photo, according to Oyemade, was taken over the weekend at Ile-Ife, Osun State. The duo was hosted by Pastor Segun Obadje.
Oyemade described Oke, founder of Sword of the Spirit Ministries, Ibadan, as a good and great man.
“With the newly elected Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria President @franciswaleoke at Ile-Ife over the weekend with our host @officialpastorsegunobadje,” he wrote.
“Bishop Wale Oke is (a) good man and a great man.”
Oke was elected in March for a four-year term by the PFN national advisory council (NAC) in Enugu State.
He succeeds general superintendent of New Covenant Gospel Church Rev. Felix Omobude as PFN president. Oke was national deputy president until his election.
