Police in Lagos have invited Uzoamaka Ohiri, ex-wife of comedian Chinedu Ani alias Nedu following the social media war between her and her ex-husband.
It was gathered that policemen attached to the state criminal investigation department, Panti, Yaba, were at Ohiri’s home in the Ajah area of Lagos State on Tuesday evening but she was not around.
Her cousin, who identified himself simply as Peter, told PUNCH that the security guard in Ohiri’s house was asked to sign a document and to inform Ohiri to report at the SCID on Thursday.
“Policemen attached to Panti came to the house on Tuesday evening, but she was not around. They asked the security guard to sign a document and then they asked her to come to their station,” he said.
Ohiri, a mother of three, had accused Nedu of domestic violence. But the funnyman denied the allegation, saying he was the one subjected to domestic violence.
Nedu also accused Ohiri of having extra-marital affair, alleging that their first son was not his.
It was not immediately clear if Nedu reported the case to the police.
