Founder of Chocolate City entertainment, Audu Maikori, was on Saturday released from police detention more than 24 hours after his arrest.
His lawyer, Mark Jacobs, told PREMIUM TIMES the 41-year-old was released around 6:30pm.
Maikori was arrested at noon the day before over unverified comments he made about killings in Southern Kaduna.
Chocolate City’s business development manager, Edward Ayide-Israel, also confirmed the release on Twitter.
