Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Prof. Mahmood Yakubu, has said that the postponement of the Presidential and National Assembly elections earlier scheduled for Saturday, was not politically motivated.
The INEC chair also said on Saturday while addressing stakeholders at the International Conference Centre, Abuja, that the postponement was not based on security reasons.
