Priscilla Ojo, daughter of actress Iyabo Ojo, has ignited marriage rumours after sharing a post on Instagram with her Tanzanian boyfriend, singer Juma Jux.
Priscilla’s post on her Instagram page on Monday featured a video of the couple dressed in pink traditional Yoruba wedding attire.
The pair appeared to be recreating the iconic wedding photos of Afrobeat star Davido and his wife, Chioma.
Priscilla is dressed in a pink blouse, skirt and gele accessorised with jewelry, holding a hand fan.
Juma Jux complemented her in a matching agbada and Yoruba cap, known as “fila.”
She captioned the post “Ololufemi” (which means “My love” in Yoruba) with a love emoji.
The video has sparked a flurry of reactions, with many Nigerians taking to the comment section to congratulate the couple and inquire if they are indeed getting married.
One user, Baby Shuga, commented, “Is she engaged?”
Actress Mercy Aigbe added, “Congratulations my love.”
Another user, Emilia Gadau, wrote, “Congratulations to them years upon their marriage.”
Debbie Linzo, however, questioned the occasion, asking, “Congratulations for what? Exactly please explain… Is it an introduction or engagement or what?”
Singer Slimcase also chimed in, saying, “Love is a beautiful thing. He that findeth love findeth everything beautiful.”
BBNaija star Beauty Takura commented, “Congratulations babygirl.”
Another user, Juzzy, speculated, “Omo I talk am yesterday ooo. I said these two are getting married soon for her mum to be saying ‘Can your mother in-law ever.’ Congrats darling.”
This post comes just days after Priscilla welcomed Juma Jux to Nigeria for his birthday with a grand gesture, including dancers and a bouquet.
