Entrepreneur Priscilla Ojo has unfollowed social media influencer Beauty Goddess on Instagram, following the latter’s comments about missing Priscilla’s wedding last weekend.
Beauty Goddess had earlier explained her absence in a viral clip, saying she had already booked a vacation flight.
She also stated that she and Priscilla aren’t close friends.
“Can you guys just chill? I’m so happy for her. You can’t find three videos of us hanging out. No, you can’t. How are we friends?” she said.
Despite the unfollow from Priscilla, checks on Instagram show that Beauty Goddess still follows her.
The influencer’s remarks have drawn heavy backlash online, with many criticising the tone and timing of her statement.
Dolapo reacted, “It’s necessary cos the way the girl set her extra large mouth in front of the camera saying nonsense is irritating.”
Blessy Brimez added, “It’s fine she didn’t go to the wedding; why set a ring light to vomit trash? People should really know when to keep shut. I hope Priscilla didn’t just unfollow her; I hope she blocked, too.”
Walter offered a different take, writing, “Wait ooooo. What if she wasn’t invited????? Nobody is thinking in that direction just because you all are being defensive of Priscy. What happened to the ‘If you aren’t invited, don’t attend’ slogan?”
Dennis supported the unfollow, saying, “E reach to unfollow. Give her that same energy. BG is becoming proud.”
Both Priscilla Ojo and Beauty Goddess are known to be mutual friends of influencer Enioluwa Adeoluwa.
