Prophetess Mari-Anne Ibeh, a former senior member of the Synagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN), on Sunday, June 12 took to Instagram to celebrate the posthumous birthday of her mentor Prophet TB Joshua.
Joshua died on June 5, 2021, a week to his 58th birthday. The clergyman met Emmanuel TV partners just before his death.
Anne, one of those Joshua gave a platform to shine, said in her Instagram post that his smile would have lit up the atmosphere if Joshua had been alive.
“Happy posthumous birthday to my father in the Lord Prophet T.B Joshua,” she began.
“I imagine if you were physically present on your birthday and how your infectious smile would have encompassed everyone that even the atmosphere would have wished you happy birthday. Happy posthumous birthday dear ‘daddy.'”
Anne and her former SCOAN colleague Yinka Olugbenga were absent at the memorial service held for Joshua on June 5.
The memorial, which was held at the church’s headquarters in Lagos, had followers, partners and former disciples of the late clergy in attendance.
Anne and Yinka were very close to Joshua until his death. They were two of the last people who saw the televangelist before his death on June 5, 2021.
They were also very visible during his burial in July, standing just behind Joshua’s family during the funeral procession. They also performed the dust to dust rite at the graveside.
While the memorial service for Joshua was going on at the SCOAN headquarters, Yinka and Anne were doing charity work at an undisclosed location in Lagos.
