Controversial singer Portable has disclosed that his lover Queen Dami, fainted after he questioned her about her intimate history during their separation.
Queen Dami, the ex-wife of the late Alaafin of Oyo, recently reconciled with Portable, months after a public fallout.
On Thursday, Dami faced significant backlash online for rekindling her romance with Portable. Defending her, the singer lashed out at critics, accusing them of attempting to destroy his home.
Reports revealed that the mother of one was rushed to the hospital after fainting. A viral video showed the beauty entrepreneur lying on a friend’s lap as she was driven to the hospital.
Portable later addressed the incident on Instagram on Friday, explaining that Dami fainted after he asked if she had been with another man during their breakup.
In his words, “I asked her if anyone slept with her when we broke up, and she fainted. Why will she faint? No be you say you wan love me back? Before you say you no love me, now love don come. So love dey go dey come? Love come na scam, love no come na scam. I just asked her if they tear her or no tear her. And she fainted.”
Prior to this, Portable had shared a screen recording of his chat with Dami. In the exchange, Dami prayed for the singer while he confronted her about accusations made by a supposed friend.
After their reconciliation, Dami’s friend claimed she had been promiscuous, slept with multiple skitmakers and suggested Portable undergo STD tests, leading to him confronting her.
Dami, however, broke down in tears, refused to answer his questions and asked to be left alone, stating she did not want to face another public embarrassment.
This latest drama comes after the duo’s third fallout in December 2024.
Portable had accused Dami of infidelity, nearly wrecking his home, and refusing to get pregnant for him while making high financial demands.
The fallout escalated when Portable stormed the apartment he had rented for her and caused a scene, but Dami had reportedly fled before his arrival.
