Nollywood actor and director, Ramsey Nouah, has called out LG Electronics over its refusal to fix his damaged N500,000 television after less than a month of purchasing it.
The 49-year-old expressed his displeasure over the issue on Instagram on Tuesday when he shared a picture of the receipt and the damaged television set.
“Why is it that almost nothing guarantees you value in this country? Dear @lgafrica1 I bought a TV from one of your outlets less than a month ago for N499,000 so basically 500k and the screen got slightly cracked with a squash ball while my kids were playing around… I was told on bringing it to your store that the screen is not under warranty and it costs over 80% of the total amount to replace the screen…,” he wrote.
Ramsey Nouah won the Best Director award at the 2020 edition of the Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards (AMVCA) for Living in Bondage sequel, Living in Bondage: Breaking Free.
