Manchester United players, Marcus Rashford and Chris Smalling, have sent their congratulory messages to Ole Gunnar Solskjaer who was on Wednesday confirmed as the club’s full-time manager on a three-year contract.
Solskjaer was put in charge of United team on a temporary basis on December 19, 2018 and won his first eight games in charge on the way to an overall record of 14 victories and two draws in 19 games.
In a tweet on Wednesday, Rashford who has experienced resurgence under Solskjaer, simply wrote alongside a picture of himself and Solskjaer: “Congrats boss.”
Defender Smalling, also sharing a picture of himself and the Norwegian, wrote: “Ole’s at the wheel, congrats boss!”
