Actor Zubby Michael has joined thousands of Nigerians to react to the redesigned naira notes.
President Muhammadu Buhari unveiled the N1,000, N500 and N200 notes on Wednesday before the federal executive council meeting at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
The redesigned notes, which will go into circulation from December 15, have come under criticism on social media.
Joining others to react, Zubby Michael who wrote in the comment section of actress Destiny Etiko’s Instagram post on Wednesday said that the 1,000 naira note will be sweet for doings.
Doings, a slang often used by the actor is another word for merriment.
Destiny shared a photo of the new notes with the caption: “Pls what’s the difference here.”
