Singer, Ayoleyi Solomon, better known by his stage name Reekado Banks, has called for the reopening of Nigeria’s borders to enable him return to the country from Gabon.
The 26-year-old made the request on Monday night via Twitter.
He said partly in Yoruba that he was tired of Gabon and that the government should open the borders.
“Smiling like everything is okay but deep down, Gabon ti su mi. E ba mi shi border ejo,” Reekado said.
The Federal Government had shut the nation’s borders as part of efforts to contain the spread of the coronavirus pandemic.
