Nollywood teenage actress, Regina Daniels, has bagged awards for the Most Outstanding Student and Face of Mass Communication Department of Igbinedion University, Okada, Benin.
The 17-year-old, currently a 200 level student, shared the news on her Instagram page.
“Education is a key to knowledge and knowledge is the key to success. I am proud to announce my award as the face of my department and most outstanding student in my department level. I thank God for giving me the brain to carry both my career and my education, not making me drop one for another,” she wrote.
The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that Daniels has been regarded as one of the most prolific child actresses in the film industry and she is gradually gaining traction as an adult performer.
She is the lead character in the movies Never Too young to Fall in Love and The Player.
The Delta State born actress was nominated as the Most Promising Actress of the Year at the 2016 City Peoples Awards.
The same year, she was also nominated for Best Supporting Actress and eventually won the Upcoming Actress of the Year in 2017.
