Rita Daniels, mother of Nollywood actress, Regina Daniels, has been named an ambassador of the military.
She is one of several celebrities who were recently handed the role.
Rapper Vector and actors Williams Uchemba, Ramsey Nouah and AY Makun were part of those appointed.
“I was confirmed an ambassador of the Military yesterday/this morning. All thanks to God almighty. Thank you fam. Oh, what a great birthday celebration,” Rita said on Instagram.
Rita Daniels released a movie, The Enemy I know, last October.
Shot in Abuja, the movie stars Rita Daniels, Regina Daniels, Sola Sobowale, Jide Kosoko, Ken Erics, Tana Adelana, Broda Shaggi, Naira Marley, Woli Arole and others.
According to Rita, the movie is about billionaire Anthony Adewale who died under suspicious circumstance leaving members of his family scramble for his wealth.
