Comedian Buchi Ojieh, simply known as Buchi, has once again accused his estranged wife Rukky and her family of refusing him access to his kids.
Buchi in September, called out Rukky’s family members, claiming they have refused him access to his kids.
The 44-year-old standup comedian told his in-laws they “can only stop me from talking to my kids, but cannot stop the law” — implying he had taken legal action.
Buchi also wondered how his in-laws would feel if someone took away their “kids from them after all they went through to have them”.
In another post on Saturday, Buchi made a series of posts via Instagram saying that he is ready to go to war. He also claimed his inlaws have been making financial demands and he has had enough of it.
He wrote: “MR n MRS SALAMI .. you people Have MY kids.. ur plan worked.. Am not fighting you.. U are leaders at The Redeemed Christian church there, I know for sure that RCCG Nigeria will not allow such… U NEED TO TELL ME WHY I CAN’T SPEAK TO MY KIDS.. pls if u are in the US help me call the church .. The pastor knows the matter! Leaders should lead by example ..(972)296-0435.. #enoughisenough @james_fadel Pastor @james_fadel Pls look into this matter.”

Lastly, Buchi wrote: “I no dey pay .. if the 300k a month no reach ..u are in the land of opportunities go work!! make una keep the children…THE ISEDE CARTEL ..how e dey go?? still waiting for ransom ?? 5years A slave, just 1 evidence of how I failed as a father.

The comedian and Rukky tied the knot in 2017 and the union is blessed with two children.
There were however rumours that their marriage hit the rock last year over alleged violence.
