Big Brother Naija fans have attacked ex-media aide to former President Goodluck Jonathan, Reuben Abati, for his views on the just concluded Big Brother Naija reality TV show.
In an article titled “#BBNaija: Television as Madness”, the 51-year-old described the show as “a big distraction, crass capitalism at its most cynical edge, a source of unmanageable madness in homes and on the streets.”
Picking on one of the five finalists of the show, Tokunbo Idowu a.k.a Tboss, Abati described her as Jezebelic and a champion Delilah.
He wrote, Tboss “dominated the space with her Jezebelic antics, even got some of the male participants ousted by entrapping and outsmarting them with her sexual wiles. She projected herself as a sex object, the ultimate manipulator, the champion Delilah of the Big Brother Africa series.”
However, fans of the reality show who took to Twitter disagreed with the popular columnist.
