The family of Big Brother Naija star Rico Swavey has commemorated the one year anniversary of his death.
A photo of the movie star was posted on his Instagram account to mark the anniversary with a stateme.
“1 year has passed since you left dear earth, but our heart is still wounded for you. we pray for your soul to be in peace forever. You had touched countless lives in your lifetime, and even after your death, you live through your good deeds.

“We miss you always!Special appreciations to those who supported us one way or the other during our most painful time a year ago. we Owe you gratitude and so much more. From Family and friends,” the statement read.
Born Patrick Adebowale Fakoya, Rico was involved in a car crash which led to him being placed on life support. He died two days after the accident on Thursday, October 13, 2022.
Rico Swavey was buried at the Ebony Vaults in Ikoyi, Lagos on Thursday, October 20.
He was aged 30.
