Record producer and singer, Don Jazzy, on Tuesday, uploaded a photoshopped image of himself and American singer, Rihanna on the internet.
Don Jazzy is known to be smitten by the multi-award winning Barbadian singer, as he has uploaded several pictures of the singer on his Instagram account.
The 35-year-old took to Instagram to ask the singer why she wasn’t smiling in the photoshopped image originally of Beyonce and Jay Z.
“Badgalriri baby why are you not smiling for the photo? She will just reply me, go and brush ur teeth jazzy,” he wrote.
Don Jazzy and D’banj co-founded the now defunct record label Mo’ Hits Records in 2004 where Don Jazzy produced the albums No Long Thing and Rundown/Funk You Up.
A third album, Curriculum Vitae, had also been started. Around this time, he developed a recognisable introduction, “It’s Don Jazzy Again”.
Following the closure of the record label, Don Jazzy set up Mavin Records on May 8, 2012, with Don Jazzy saying, “I see Mavin Records being the powerhouse of Music in Africa in the shortest possible time.”
In 2012, Don Jazzy appeared in Moses Inwang’s movie The Last 3 Digits in Nollywood, a movie which also features cast such as Ali Baba, A.Y, Nonso Diobi and Dr. Sid.
