Fuji maestro Saheed Osupa is set to celebrate veteran Yoruba Nollywood stars at an exclusive event tagged “Friends of Osupa Exclusive Agbada White Party”.
The show will take place on December 25 at the Oriental Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos.
Speaking to journalists in Ilorin on Wednesday, Osupa praised the contributions of these actors to the growth of the Yoruba film industry.
“These individuals have made significant contributions to the growth and development of the industry, and I am proud to celebrate the yuletide with them,” he said.
The event, organised by Lahmad Concept Limited, has received the backing of top Yoruba Nollywood stars, including Oga Bello, Madam Saje, Baba Wande, Jide Kosoko, Iya Abeni and Dele Odule, among others.
“These veteran actors and actresses, who have been a part of the Yoruba movie industry for decades, have expressed their excitement and support for the show, which promises to be an unforgettable experience,” Osupa added.
The 55-year-old musician assured fans and attendees of a memorable night, featuring music, comedy, and other entertainment acts.
“I am thrilled to have the opportunity to honour some of the most talented and dedicated individuals in the Yoruba Nollywood industry,” he said.
Osupa also shared a flier of the event alongside pictures of Yoruba movie icons on his Instagram page, further building anticipation for the celebration.
