Fuji musician, Salawa Abeni, has thanked her fans for the immense support she has received after she exposed her alleged blackmailer.
The 58-year-old expressed her appreciation when she shared clips from her interview on TVC on Instagram on Friday.
She wrote in the caption,”My live telephone interview with @tvcnewsng this morning. I am very grateful to you all and the whole of Nigeria for the support and encouragement I got. May Almighty Allah continue to keep us all and let’s continue to stay safe.”
On Wednesday the Ogun-born songstress exposed a plot to blackmail her by releasing some revealing pictures of her.
She announced that she was releasing the pictures herself in order to take the power from the alleged blackmailer.
Following her announcement, she received a wave of support from fans and celebrities like Saidi Balogun, Rita Dominic, Yeni Kuti, Joke Silva, Toolz and Anita Joseph.
