Senior Pastor, Daystar Christian Centre, Sam Adeyemi, has lamented the state of public schools in the country.
In a tweet on Tuesday, Adeyemi said he had been moved to tears in the ‘last few decades’ by some things including the state of the country’s public schools.
He added that it is painful to watch the future of millions of children being destroyed.
“Few things have moved me to tears in the last few decades. The state of public schools in Nigeria tops the list. The future is being destroyed for millions of children and it is too painful to watch. #publicschools,” he wrote.
Adeyemi’s son, David, recently graduated from Emory University, Atlanta, Georgia, US.
