Daystar Christian Centre the popular church started by Pastor Sam Adeyemi on Wednesday celebrated its 25th anniversary.
In a tweet, the church said: “Today, we celebrate the God-idea that is @DAYSTARNG. We are overwhelmed by a deep sense of gratitude for God’s transformative power at Daystar Christian Centre. The phenomenal testimonies of changed lives are nothing short of awe-inspiring. Happy 25th Anniversary to us!”
Appreciating its leaders, Adeyemi and his wife Nike, the church further said: “We are immensely grateful for God’s gifts to us, @sam_adeyemi & @NikeAdeyemi, thank you for your exceptional leadership and influence.
“We celebrate our leaders, volunteers, members around the world, thanks for being a part of the Daystar Story. Happy 25th Anniversary to us!”
Adeyemi had only on Tuesday been named into the Forbes Coaches Council.
The cleric has trained thousands of people in leadership for more than two decades through the Daystar Leadership Academy (DLA).
