Alula Okposo, daughter of the late gospel singer Sammie Okposo, has gotten married to musician Time Patrick Idiaghe simply known as Time.
The wedding reception took place at the Ibru Garden, Victoria Island, Lagos on Saturday.
The event was attended by friends and colleagues of the gospel singer including veteran actress Taiwo Ajai-Lycett, Joke Silva Jennifer Eliogu, Ann Njamanze, Bimbo Akintola, Chidi Mokeme and rapper Vector.
Alula’s sister in-law Gloria Ehis Idiaghe posted photos and videos from the event on her Instagram story.
Vector also posted a video of the bride dancing during the reception on his Instagram story.
Alula’s mother and stepmother, Ozioma Okposo also attended the wedding ceremony.
Lula as she is fondly called, announced her wedding in an Instagram post on October 5.
She wrote: “Good morning people, I come bearing great news. I’m getting married, God has been so faithful this past year, you can’t even understand. Please save the date. God bless #AlulasTime @tipi__original 02/12/2023. Save the date.”

Sammie died in his sleep aged 51 on November 25, 2022.
He was buried on December 16, 2022, in the Lekki area of Lagos.
