Former Senate President Bukola Saraki is celebrating his mother Florence Saraki on her 85th birthday.
The former Kwara governor said in a tweet on Saturday that the family is blessed to have her around.
“Wishing my beloved mother, Chief (Mrs) Florence Morenike Saraki, a very happy 85th birthday today. Mama, we are truly blessed by your 85 years of immense love, prayers and care! May Almighty Allah increase your fulfilment. Amen,” he wrote.
Saraki’s father Olusola was a senator in the Second Republic. He died in Ikoyi, Lagos on November 14, 2012, aged 79 after losing a battle with cancer.
He was laid to rest in Ilorin, Kwara State capital.
