Former Senate President Bukola Saraki and his wife Toyin Saraki on Wednesday celebrated their 31st wedding anniversary.
The couple took to Instagram to appreciate each other.
Mrs Saraki gave the first shot with a video, saying that loving her husband has been a great blessing.
“It is an enormous blessing to love and to cherish my dear @bukolasaraki. Happy Anniversary My One And Only B!” She wrote.
Later in the day, Saraki posted a photo of himself and wife and said he was so grateful because Toyin makes everyday of their marriage feel like a blessing.
“To my beautiful wife Toyin, you make every day of our marriage feel like a blessing and I am so grateful for your love and support throughout the years. Happy anniversary, darling,” the former Kwara State governor wrote.
Mrs Saraki was born into the Ojora and Adele royal families of Lagos, as the daughter of Yoruba aristocrat Adekunle Ojora, the Otunba of Lagos.
Saraki, meanwhile, was born into the family of the late influential Kwara politician Olusola Saraki.
