National chairman of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Uche Secondus, is presiding over an emergency National Executive Committee (NEC) meeting of the party in Abuja.
The meeting, originally fixed for noon on Wednesday, was delayed to accommodate members of the party’s National Working Committee (NWC) who went to Rivers State to show solidarity with Governor Nyesom Wike over the delay in announcing election results in the state.
Present at the NEC meeting is Senate President Bukola Saraki and Speaker of House of Representatives, Yakubu Dogara.
