Former beauty queen turned nurse Regina Askia is one of the few celebrities who have continued to dazzle fans with her ageless beauty since the beginning of her modeling and acting career.
The former actress announced that she would be clocking 54 in two days time.
Giving us a sneak peek of what 54 looks like, Regina shared stunning photos of herself posing in a mini black gown on Instagram on Tuesday. The stylish grandma also bragged about her looks, thanking God for being so good to her.
“54 in 2 days 6 years to 60!! Someone’s Grandma loading and yet still….. Yes, it was a touch of digital Mommy make-over, but I’m here for all of it. A thankful Thursday birthday coming up !! Thank you God for being so good to me.” she wrote.

On her 53rd birthday, the former movie star who relocated to the US shared some photos on social media, flashing her cleavage.
“Chapter 53!! Happy birthday to me!!! Enjoying the dividends of God’s grace. I am truly grateful. Thank you, Lord,” she wrote.
Regina said she never regretted leaving acting in a Punch interview on January 3.
“No, I do not regret leaving my acting career. I am so grateful for how far I have come and the solid gains I have made. It is wonderful to live in an environment where I know I am safe and there is a future for my kids.
“I am in an enabling environment where skills are rewarded and in a profession that would ensure I am comfortable wherever I travel to on earth. I have no regrets,” she said.
The former actress has starred in several hit movies like Most Wanted, Full Moon, Chase, Festival of Fire, Highway to the Grave, The President’s Daughter, Juliet Must Die and others.
In 1990, the mother of three represented Nigeria at Miss Charm International held in Leningrad, Russia, and came second. She also made history by becoming the first Nigerian at Miss International in Japan, where she made an impact with the most outstanding traditional costume.
