Tennis goddess, Serena Williams, is aiming to rewrite history at the forthcoming US Open – that’s if her own troublesome right shoulder and increasingly emboldened rivals allow.
The 34-year-old US superstar matched Steffi Graf’s Open Era record of 22 Grand Slam singles titles with her triumph at Wimbledon in July.
But before she returns to the court after a disappointing Rio Olympics campaign, Ms Williams took out time to attend Berlei sports bra launch in New York City on Thursday.
And she definitely won in this one after she stunned in a fitted white blazer and pink bra.
She left her garment open to show off the eye-catching sports bra which she was promoting, as well as her amazingly defined tummy muscles.
A pair of silver pattern pointed-toe heels rounded out the sophisticated yet sexy ensemble.
Her raven locks were parted in the middle and allowed to fall straight down past her bust line.
Some deep crimson lipstick and minimal make-up gave the sports star a natural look for her spin on the red carpet.
Serena was joined by older sister Venus Williams at the Taste Of Tennis event in New York on Thursday night.
She once again stole plenty of attention from her 36-year-old professional athlete sibling as she showed off her ripped abs on the green carpet.
Serena sported a black sleeveless cropped top as she proudly displayed her muscular stomach.
She also wore a white and black patterned skirt which featured a fringed detailing along the hemline and a pair of black pointed shoes.
Serena returns to the court on August 29 aiming to erase a third round exit in the hands of Elina Svitolina at the Olympics.
