The service chiefs on Thursday paid a visit to Oyo State to supervise change of leadership at the 2 Division of the Nigerian Army, Odogbo Barracks, Ojoo.
The military chiefs led by the chief of defence staff Gen. Leo Irabor made a stop at the government’s secretariat.
Deputy Governor Rauf Olaniyan represented Governor Seyi Makinde in receiving the service chiefs.
After the initial pleasantries between the host and the visitors, the government team and the service chiefs went into a closed door session.
Oyo has been at the centre of the fight against killer herdsmen in the south west.
