Afrobeat musician, Seun Kuti, has laughed off the comparison of pop star, Wizkid, to his late father, Fela Anikulapo Kuti.
Some fans of the ‘Ojuelegba’ singer had placed him on the same pedestal with the afrobeat creator after the former’s sold out show at the Royal Albert Hall in London on Friday night.
Some even suggested that Wizkid was bigger than the man whose songs he has sampled on a number of occasions.

Reacting to the debate in a comment to a Facebook post by Qed.ng founder, Olumide Iyanda, the youngest son of Fela wrote: “Before it was D’banj and now it’s Wizzy looool.”
Seun, 34, now leads his father’s former band, Egypt 80.
He is one of the most travelled Nigerian musicians.
