Comedian and actor, Seyi Law, on Friday raised an alarm over the inauguration of a so-called Biafra Secret Service by separatist Nnamdi Kanu.
The 34-year-old made his fears known in an Instagram post in which he called on the Federal Government to re-arrest Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) leader or have a referendum.
He also condemned the silence of the Acting President Yemi Osinbajo on the matter, referring to it as “golden rubbish”.
“The build-up of Al Qaeda, ISIS, and Boko Haram etc. all started like this, from formation to subtle killings and then, massive bombing and we will begin to look for a needle in the forest,” he wrote.
“The Igbos in the North will not come out to jointly condemn Nnamdi’s act now, but once the North start issuing threats which are not right by the way, they will break the code of silence”.
He urged the Igbos in the North saying, “If you don’t support this, speak now and not later.
He continued, “Walls and borders have created disunity amongst us, natural resources have become the bane of our agony.
“I hope we will not fold our arms and watch this Nation plunge into an unnecessary war, anyway, before you crucify me, remember and know that my wife is Igbo and I have a daughter who is Yoru-Igbo, silence on this means approval”.
The Federal Government has urged a Federal High Court in Abuja to revoke the bail it granted Kanu and return him to prison.
The government argued that Kanu has not only breached the conditions attached to the bail granted him on April 25 this year on health ground, he has allegedly conducted himself in manners that threaten public peace.
