Veteran actor and broadcaster Patrick Doyle has expressed admiration for his wife, Olufunmilayo, as she celebrates her birthday.
Taking to his Facebook page on Thursday, Patrick shared a picture of Olufunmilayo, accompanied by a message highlighting his affection for her.
“My queen is a year older, wiser, better, and infinitely more beautiful today. The one who gives me joy, my Oluwafunmilayo atata,” he wrote.
In a previous interview with QEDNG publisher Olumide Iyanda, Patrick addressed speculations about him keeping his marriage a secret. He clarified that his marriage to Olufunmilayo was never hidden.
The 63-year-old actor explained, “My business is my business. On the day of the registry, she posted it on one of her handles. I told her to go ahead, but I said, ‘I’m not posting.’ So, it was not a secret.”
Before marrying Olufunmilayo, Patrick was married to actress Ireti Doyle.
Patrick and Olufunmilayo got married at a registry in August 2022, five years after his separation from Ireti Doyle.
