The Federal High Court, Abuja has fixed September 11 to hear a motion filed by the Islamic Movement in Nigeria (IMN) asking the court to vacate the ex-parte order given on July 26 proscribing its activities in the country.
Justice Nkeonye Maha adjourned the case on Wednesday after hearing the two counsels.

Solicitor General of the Federation, Ayo Apata, had applied for more time; IMN counsel, Femi Falana, also did not oppose the request.
A Federal High Court in Abuja had on July 26 proscribed the Shiites group and directed the Federal Government to publish it in two national dailies.
