Arsenal legend, Thierry Henry, did a good job of keeping his eyes off the chest of X3M Music artiste, Simi, when she performed for him in Lagos on Sunday.
The 40-year-old was in Nigeria on the bill of Guinness which held a gala at which he was crowned “Igwe of Football”.
One of the attractions of the night was Simi who came to the event in a dress that gave a generous view of her cleavage.
The 29-year-old diehard Manchester United fan posted a video of her singing and teaching Henry a word of Yoruba on Instagram on Tuesday.
Showing the discipline that made him a World Cup winner and Arsenal’s all-time record goalscorer, the second assistant manager of the Belgium national team kept his eyes of the offering in front of him.
Instead, he concentrated on saying the Yoruba word “mosorire” as requested by the singer.
While Henry kept his cool, many who saw pictures of Simi in the dress on Instagram had very colourful things to say.
