Skit maker Abdullahi Adisa aka Trinity Guy arrived at the headquarters of Oyo State Police Command on Friday at about 10am.
The Command disclosed this in a post on its Twitter page.
“Abdullahi Maruf Adisa AKA Trinity reported at the Oyo State Police Command at exactly 1000hrs today.
“Recall he was invited yesterday over a video depicting the sexualization of a female minor. Updates would follow in sequence, please,” the tweet read.
The police shared a photo of the skit maker wearing a face mask. “Trinity would be meeting shortly with the Deputy Commissioner of Police, State Criminal Investigation Department for his invitation,” the tweet read.
The Command invited the prankster after civil society organisations and social media users criticised him for sexualising a female minor in a trending video clip.
Force spokesman Muyiwa Adejobi had also expressed objections about Trinity Guy’s pranks, noting that they were “senseless”.
Before his invitation for questioning by the police, the prankster made a video where he thanked Adejobi for calling him to order over the pranks.
