Nigerian celebrities like Nkechi Blessing and Harrysong have reacted to singer 2Baba and Annie Idibia’s marriage crisis.
Qed.ng had reported that Annie made an Instagram post on Thursday, accusing 2Baba of spending nights at his baby mama’s house.
Reacting to the news, Nkechi said that social media is not a court of law and that what goes on behind closed doors must stay closed.
“E no go better for the person wey turn this social media to law court, where couples bring their dirty linen for people who do not give a hoot about them to have a say in what goes down behind closed doors, like the person no go die better.
“No matter how pushed I am you ain’t hearing jack shit from me, I take my L and move the F**k on. God forbid. This Evil app that the devil has hijacked is making marriage look like a bad thing, I refused to allow an app that can be deleted tomorrow to take the better part of my life. Never,” she wrote.
Harrysong advised young men not to marry any woman who likes to post on social media about everything.
“If you want to live long and have peace in your home as a young man do not marry a woman that’s heavy on social media, that can’t have a description of what to post and what not to post because everything becomes content for brands,” he wrote.
