The exclusive premiere of Kunle Afolayan’s latest film, Recall, turned into a lively celebration as actors Sola Sobowale, Olarotimi Fakunle and Oyindamola Sanni took over the dance floor.
Held on Saturday at the KAP Hub in Ikeja, Lagos, the star-studded event welcomed notable figures such as Shan George, Kunle Aremu, Bimbo Akintola, QED.ng publisher Olumide Iyanda, Falz and the film’s director, Kunle Afolayan.
Following the red carpet session and movie screening, Kunle expressed gratitude to the cast, crew and everyone who contributed to the film’s success.
The night wrapped up with an energetic after-party with Sola, Farotimi, Oyindamola, Muyiwa Ademola, others taking the dance floor.
Scheduled for cinema release on April 4, Recall explores themes of memory, love and the unforeseen trials that challenge relationships.
Kunle Afolayan first teased the film in October 2024 with an official trailer, promising an immersive cinematic experience.
The Lagos-set movie stars Sharon Ooja, Haitian actor Jimmy Jean-Louis, Patience Ozokwor, Bimbo Akintola, Mama Rainbow, Ekpenyong Inyang, Shan George and features a special appearance by singer Tosin Martins.
