An unidentified soldier on Saturday attacked a woman at Oju-Ore in Ota area of Ogun State for her dressing which he considered inappropriate.
The lady was dressed in a pair of shorts and white-knitted coverup.
According to eyewitnesses, she was walking on the road when the soldier alighted from a commercial bus and pounced on her.
It was gathered that he slapped the woman repeatedly and pulled her by the hair when she tried to run.
The soldier was caught on camera violently forcing out the woman’s clothes. He attempted to take off her bra until passersby intervened.
The soldier then joined the commercial bus and it zoomed off.
PUNCH reports that the telephone of the spokesman of 81 Division of the Nigerian Army Major Olaniyi Osoba was switched off and he could not be reached for comments.
