‘Baby Jollof’ singer, Solid Star, is not taking the snub by organisers of the Nigeria Entertainment Awards in good spirit.
The bitter man took to Twitter on Tuesday to discredit the event hosted by Ice Prince and Osas Ighodaro-Ajibade at NYU Skirball Performing Center, New York, USA on Sunday, September, 6
He wrote: “All these highest famzer gets nominated and highest bidder win awards. I don’t need your nominations to know that I’m making Good music! Most of these Nigerian awards are just jokes! especially NEA!”
There is no price for guessing that the Isoko native reacted that way because he wasn’t nominated at all for the 2015 NEA.
Born Joshua Iniyezo, Solidstar came into limelight with the hit track ‘One in a Million’ featuring 2face Idibia.
He is currently signed to Achievers Music.
