Sony Music Entertainment has celebrated pop singer, Davido, with a collection of his works.
The plaque includes a platinum album, a double-platinum single and a platinum single of the Nigerian.
The presentation is believed to have taken place in Johannesburg, South Africa.
Davido, 27, on receiving the plaque from Sony Music said he was proud of Africa and of the works being exported from the continent to the world.
Davido released his much-anticipated album, A Good Time, last November.
The album is Davido’s third after Omo Baba Olowo and Baddest. It comprises 17 tracks, including collaborations with Peruzzi, Zlatan, Naira Marley, WurlD, Chris Brown, Yonda, among others.
