Singer, Sound Sultan, has revealed how he became emotional on receiving the last set of tracks for his upcoming 8th studio album.
The 43-year-old said in a post on Instagram early Wednesday that he sat down ‘teary-eyed’ on realising he was dropping another album in an industry he has been for about 20 years.

He said: “I just received the last set of tracks from my #8THALBUM #8THWONDAH and I sat down teary-eyed, thinking of how grateful I ought to be to still be doing it at this level after 20 years. If I must say so, this is my best album so far.”
Sound Sultan released four albums under Kennis Music from 1997 to 2007.
On the expiration of his contract, the singer partnered with Baba Dee to start Naija Ninjas, a parent organisation for a record label, production outfit and clothing line.

Under Naija Ninjas, he released Back From The Future in 2010.
In 2016, Sound Sultan released his seventh album, Out Of The Box, which featured Patoranking, Sarkodie and 2Face Idibia.
