Actress Funke Akindele has warned critics to stay on their lane as she is not on the same level with them.
The 45-year-old gave the warning in an Instagram post on Thursday.
Funke also urged them to aim better in their career instead of being involved in issues that do not concern them.
“Stay on your lane!!! Know your level o!!! Aim at being better in what you do but no do pass yourself,” she wrote.
Funke got her breakthrough in Nollywood when she played the main character Suliyat aka Jenifa in the self-titled comedy-drama that portrays the life of a young girl struggling to make it in the big city.
With the success of the movie, the actress announced that Jenifa would be developed into a television series Jenifa’s Diaries.
Since then, Jenifa’s Diary has become a household name with 25 seasons and features celebrities such as Lota Chukwu, Falz and Lolo, Beverly Osu, JJC Skillz and many others.
